How to write an ad that gets attention
Do not sound desperate, no matter how desperate you may be! Direct, to the point and full of charm works the best. Be flexible on closing and possession dates and understand that the seller may want lots of time or a condition that they be able to find a suitable home written into the contract.
Have realistic expectations; you are not going to find a 4000 square foot 5 bed 5 bath in the upper mission for 500K! (if you do find one call me I will buy it)
